Advanced production facilities
Pebas has seven bottling lines. One is specilised for small PET bottles, another is both for PET and glass bottles in cold, sterile (aseptic) conditions, and the third is for large bottles and cans.
All seven lines are fully automatic. We also have a 1/4, 1/2 and 1/1 automatic palletiser to pack display pallets, as well as a smaller line for manual bottling of concentrates in BIB (bag-in-box) packages.
Our capacity is approx. 525 million litres a year. We are able to quickly increase production, so our current and future customers can be certain of a large-scale production supply capacity.
